Ginny purchased a home in Deepwell in Palm Springs in 2000 to enjoy the warmth and hospitality the desert offers. She moved here full-time in 2003, after a long and successful career selling Real Estate in San Francisco for over 24 years. Ginny consistently emerges as a top producer amongst the leading Agents in the desert's luxury markets. She offers a nuanced understanding of property trends and opportunities that's based on 40 years of experience in guiding local, celebrity and international buyers and sellers. She uses targeted marketing strategies, along with her extensive professional networks and outstanding negotiation skills, to achieve successful closings on properties throughout the various desert communities. Ginny has been active with several organizations in AIDS services and research, including serving on the San Francisco AIDS Foundation Board and Chairing the AIDS Research Institute at the University of California, San Francisco. She has worked on substance abuse initiatives for over 46 years. She has served on the Boards of the Deepwell Neighborhood Organization (DENO) and the LBGTQ Center of Palm Springs. Currently she serves on the Board of Desert Stonewall Democrats. She enjoys spending time with her Greyhound, Taco, rescued from the Caliente track in Tijuana. She has a BA and Masters degree from Indiana University, Bloomington, IN. campus.
